The current part of the plan they're talking about is how Mr. Jones is getting Dr. Davis to tell him how to have each of the engineers to get a prescription for adderall, since that will make them more productive. Dr. Davis is an insider, since he's a doctor, and he's telling Mr. Jones in detail exactly what the engineers need to say when they go see medical practitioners to get adderall prescriptions. Mr. Jones's plan is to then have all the software engineers they hire, go get adderall prescriptions so they're stocked up for a cyberattack, and this is the current part of the plan they're working on. The novice, John, keeps asking Dr. Davis for more details, to Mr. Jones's frustration, but Dr. Davis, always obliges, giving the instructions that John is to hand off to the software engineers to get adderall prescriptions as detailed as possible. John asks Dr. Davis many things, including a verbatim script to tell the doctor, and how to handle various follow up questions and potential scenarios that could come up. After listening for a while, Sheriff Smith and Officer Sanchez exchange a line or two with each other, realizing they can track the software engineers by seeing who asks for adderall prescriptions locally, and then nab them later]"
